HÉLÈNE FRIREN
Born in 1979, after a technical course in graphic design, she moved to England and took on a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Graphic Design and Advertising, at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College. She then worked as a storyboard artist on a TV series, Tractor Tom, in a London animation studio. During the two years spent at La Poudrière film directing school she directed Phonky Suzie and Mitizenship, her final year film.
